Social Care, Family Support and Early Help Forum

Who is this for?
This event is for parent carers of children and young people (aged 0–25) with SEND in Cheshire West and Chester. It’s a chance to hear from professionals, ask questions, and get practical strategies to support your child at home and in school. 

The Social Care, Family Support and Early Help Forum will provide information on Families First and Family Hubs, including what services are available and how to access them, as well as Neighbourhood Hubs, explaining their purpose and locations. Attendees can also learn about Direct Payments, how they work, and where to get support with managing them, alongside a marketplace of stalls from local providers and charities showcasing the support and services available in the community.

Food & Refreshments

Tea, coffee, and cake will be provided.
