Who is this for?
This event is
for parent carers of children and young people (aged 0–25) with SEND in Cheshire West and Chester. It’s a chance to hear from professionals, ask questions, and get practical strategies to support your child at home and in school.
Support Me as a Carer, an informative and welcoming forum designed to help unpaid carers access the support, information, and services available to them. Learn how to find help early through local support pathways, hear short presentations on carer wellbeing and self-care, and discover your rights, including information about carer assessments. Explore a marketplace of local organisations and services, take part in wellbeing activities, collect useful wellbeing packs, and connect with others who understand the caring role. This is a great opportunity to find practical advice, support, and signposting to local carer services that can help you in your caring journey.
