Who is this for?
This event is for parent carers of children and young people (aged 0–25) with SEND in Cheshire West and Chester.
Planning for adulthood can feel overwhelming — you don’t have to do it alone! Our Preparation for Adulthood Marketplace Event is a chance for parent carers and young people to find information, ask questions, and connect with services that can support the journey ahead. With a wide range of organisations under one roof and talks covering education, employment, health, benefits, independent living and more, you can explore what matters most to you at your own pace. Marketplace time, and practical information you can take away. Come along, have a coffee, and leave feeling more confident about what’s next.
Food & Refreshments
- Tea and coffee will be provided.
- Please bring your own lunch.
A detailed agenda, including session titles, speakers and Marketplace table listings, will be shared nearer to the event. This will help attendees plan their day in advance and decide which sessions and services are most relevant to them.
📌 Important: This event is only open to parent carers of children/young people with SEND aged 0–25 in CWAC. Spaces are limited – book your place now!
