On 26th February 2026, families from across Cheshire West came together for a day packed with support, guidance, and reassurance about the journey into adulthood for young people with SEND. The event brought together experts from education, health, social care, legal services, and housing — all with one shared goal: helping our young people move confidently into their adult lives.
