Code of Conduct

Joanne Southall • November 28, 2024

At PCF Cheshire West, we're dedicated to fostering a culture where every individual feels welcome, valued, and respected so that we can work in partnership to improve the outcomes for our families and their children.

Why Our Code of Conduct Matters:

✅ Purpose: Our Code of Conduct sets clear expectations for how we interact with one another. It’s designed to ensure a respectful, productive, and safe environment for all Parent Carers, the Parent Carer Forum (PCF), and associated professionals. By following these guidelines, we can communicate and collaborate effectively, driving positive change within our community.

✅ Inclusivity & Support: We believe in embracing diversity and being there for one another. Every voice in our community matters, and your experiences shape the future.

✅ Equality & Respect: Our commitment to equality is unwavering. We’re here to maintain an environment where everyone is treated with fairness and respect.

✅ Positivity & Change: Together, we’re focused on driving positive change and continuously improving. Our efforts today are about creating a lasting impact that benefits our community for years to come.

💡 Our Vision at the Heart:

Our vision of a compassionate, inclusive environment where every voice is respected and empowered is the foundation of our Code of Conduct. Each principle reflects our commitment to respect, inclusivity, and positive collaboration, ensuring our community thrives and supports one another. 🌈
