Are you supporting a young person with SEND as they move towards adulthood?

Join us for a full-day Preparation for Adulthood event, bringing together education, health, social care, employment and community organisations in one place. This event is designed to help families understand what comes next – and how to plan with confidence.

 

There are two presentation rooms and a main hall with a huge marketplace to explore any point of the day. Not all presentations will be relevant to you so you can dip in and out as it suits.

You’ll be able to:

Hear directly from professionals about education, health and social care pathways

Ask questions and get practical advice

Explore a large marketplace of over 40 services and organisations

Connect with other parents and carers navigating similar journeys

 Keynote and themed sessions covering education, employment, health, social care, benefits, housing and legal planning
 A marketplace open throughout the day, so you can dip in and out around sessions
