My name is Annika and I have three children. My eldest has global developmental delay and attends a special school. I have been on the Parent Carer Forum for two years and I have learnt a huge amount since joining. I am part of the Learning and Disability Partnership Employment workstream and also sit on the Development of Post 16 Provision for Young People with Disabilities workstream. 
Being part of the PCF gives a fantastic insight into how strategic decisions are made by the LA. It is a privilege to work with the LA so that the voice of families and carers of children with SEND can be heard and used to mould future strategies.
