PCF Survey 2026 - The Big One!

Joanne Southall • December 10, 2025
Complete the PCF Survey Now!

We want to hear from you. If your child or young person (0–25) has SEND or additional needs, with or without a diagnosis, or maybe not yet identified then please take part in this year’s Parent Carer Forum’s (PCFs) Cheshire West & Chester SEND Survey.

Your experiences will help shape future services across health, education, social care and the community. For the first time in Cheshire West & Chester, the results will directly inform and measure progress in the SEND Strategy 2026/27, so your voice truly matters.

The survey is anonymous, and you can complete one for each child with SEND.
