Live Well Coordinator (Children’s) for the Live Well Cheshire West Website. 

My name is Emma Walker. I am the Live Well Coordinator (Children’s) for the Live Well Cheshire West Website.  My role includes adding information and services onto the site for children, young people and families including children and young people who have Special Educational Needs and or Disability. You will find our Local Offer on this site. We work together with Adult Services and Health to ensure the directory provides a central one-stop-shop for all. 

A key part of my role is to develop, co-produce and continually improve the site. I want the site to work for you, so if you have any feedback or would like to be involved in improving the site please let me know.
